No, and no need. Connection is to phone by bluetooth, backup wifi.

That's impossible, the Bluetooth version doesn't have the capabilities, it does not need to connect to the data plan to work, it does everything over Bluetooth. The difference is if separated from the main phone, it can't communicate over the nerwork.
