Can you answer calls and text from the watch null

You are able to answer phone calls from your watch, but you will need your phone to be able to talk to the person. The watch does not have a speaker, but it does have a mic. The mic comes in handy to talk and text recognition. You are able to text also.

Yes on the text. If you answer calls you have to have a Bluetooth head piece to hear the calls. I love it its amazing watch!!

You can answer texts. You can answer phone but must use phone to converse.

You can answer a call but to talk you have to pull out the phone. You can answer text messages from the phone but using voice, writing, or picking a preset reply from a list.
