“Every time i put the headset on as directed in a room with lamps, Light comes in from the top and nose area. It's so annoying otherwise i like it. I read the directions numerous times to see if i was doing something wrong and i'm not and nothing is loose?”

Dim or turn off the lights. Know your area for bumps and limit movement.

If it's internal to your device then your phone may not be centered in the device. Easiest solution is use it in a darkened room.
