• Yes, the Gear VR comes with an adapter so that it can accept a USB-C phone like the S9 or a micro-USB phone like the S7. The phone holder also adjusts so that it can accept regular S and S+ model phones.

• Yes, it certainly does! It has two locking positions for the standard and + versions, which includes the Note, including swappable USB C and micro connection. Early leaks indicate the new S9 / S9+ also fit.
