For the hardware itself, maybe/probably - I don't actually know. But refurbished Chromebooks do not include the free 100GB upgrade for Google Drive storage, as per question #7 in this Google page: https://support.google.com/chromeos/answer/2703646 If the URL I included above gets removed, assemble it from these parts: support .google .com / chromeos / answer / 2703646
