Some dongles require software and support specific models only. Check with your carrier's hardware to make sure it works with Chromebook. The Chromebook will also support Wi-Fi connections worldwide with the built-in Wi-Fi hardware. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr.Samsung
