• In my experience, refurbished products are equal to new products. Most of them had scratches removed, performed as new. May be in generic packaging. Writing this from a refurbished Samsung Chrome Book that I've used daily for 3+ years.

• Refurbished is a customer return that has been evaluated and serviced back to new condition. Real difference here is: 1. the warranty 2. no 2yrs free Google drive space 3. price
