No. Google has their own music app; I'm sure someone is working on this issue or developing a work-around app.

At the time of this posting, iTunes has not made an App for the Chromebook OS. Google Play Music is available as a music service, however, and other music players are available. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. Samsung
