• While it could be any number of issues, this particular laptop is notorious for having wifi issues. Many of the refurbished units still have the same issue.

• Refurbished models may have been returned or conditioned for any number of reasons, and not one specific reason may apply to all models or products. They have, however, been tested and work to the same specifications that a new product would have.
