Given the expertise (lack of) shown by Geek Squad in refurbishing this, I would not expect much from it. Reading Geek Squad reviews on BBY site will make you shudder at the thought of having them work on your laptop.

A:AnswerI posted a link to Samsung's website for all their drivers support. Check it out under the Ratings page. They were able to fix a lot of the issues including the wireless issues. Also, there is a user manual on the link.
A:AnswerWhile it could be any number of issues, this particular laptop is notorious for having wifi issues. Many of the refurbished units still have the same issue.
A:AnswerYes - you can. I am typing on this very machine at the moment running Windows 7. In order to get the correct drivers for it -go to Samsung's site - and download the drivers for OTHER 14 or 15 inch Windows 7 computers. Over the phone on Monday, a Samsung rep told me how to do this The machine runs fine on Win 7.
A:AnswerI just received this laptop in the mail and I can confirm that there is a problem with the WiFi. Every few minutes it would lose connectivity and then actually crash the computer and restart when I would try to re-establish connection. After plugging in an ethernet cable, I was able to fix it by updating the driver and downloading the Intel wireless management software. So far it has not happened again. After that problem is solved, it seems like a decent laptop.
