Yes , most likely, You just need a SATA controller. The so-called block size is 512b as opposed to 4K so that isn't a factor. Just bear in mind that Vista does not support trim. You would have to use a 3rd party trim software to avoid premature wear. Samsung does provide this software,however they do not list Vista as a supported OS. You could try it and see if it works. Another source would be Naraeon SSD Tools which is free from sourceforge.net . However, this is a manual trim , so you would have to do periodic maintenance.
