Mean it has had a error or mishandling from previous owner and tested numerous of times and replaced parts to new or like new and warranty still apple to factory warranty and can purchase Best Buy all protect plan if you have multiple Best Buy items that are new or close to née fit in that warranty to even give you a test and have a technician test your product and find out what’s wrong with your product and cost to repair and best solutions
