It came without ear pads. Is it OK? null

Mine didn't either. Kinda stupid.

at first I thought mine didn't, but then found them tucked away within the charging cord. I used them without the pads for a night, and they still seemed fine, although loose.

You can order some online. I would not use without them because the earbuds could fall out.

They should come with earpads in order to have comfortable wear and for the surround sound feature to work properly.

They should be in a bag ok different sizes you have to put them on

Mine had two sets in the box. I assume they wouldn't sell those parts if they were used. Seems unsanitary.
