I was a little on the fence about buying refurbished, but I'm happy to report that these earbuds have been a real treat, from the get go everything felt surprisingly premium, the packaging wasn't neat and tidy as it didn't have the original package, but when I opened it I was looking almost a brand new product, inside I found the earbuds snug in their charging case, along with extra ear tips and a USB C charging cable, there wasn't a scratch or smudge in sight they looked like they had just rolled off the assembly line lol. The Graphite color has this sleek understated vibe and the matte finish helps with fingerprint smudges, also the charging case feels sturdy and well made, and that hinge action is smooth and solid. Honestly it was clear that these earbuds had been checked and prepped before finding their way to me, which was kinda of a surprise because I had read some reviews that stated the contrary and I was a lil worried. Now lets talk about the sound quality because, let's face it that's what really matters, these earbuds sound really good, the 24 bit Hi-Fi audio makes a real difference, we're talking rich, balanced sound that elevates music, movies, and even those mundane phone calls, the bass is punchy and satisfying without being overpowering, which is perfect for my EDM and hip hop playlists, it hits just right without muddying up the rest of the mix, vocals and instruments in the mids are crystal clear, and the highs are crisp and detailed, acoustic tracks sound pretty good, the soundstage for wireless earbuds it's surprisingly wide, it's easy to pick out individual instruments and spatial audio effects, which enhances the whole listening experience, especially when watching movies, and they get plenty loud without any distortion, a major plus when you're trying to drown out the world around you, they make that movie or Spotify playlist sound really good! Moving on to the ANC I was really looking forward to this feature, and it did not disappoint. Samsung did a good job with noise isolation, just pop these earbuds in, turn on ANC, and the outside world just melts away (unless is a very noisy environment), but it does help in a noisy coffee shop, turning the usual hustle and bustle into a peaceful background hum, allowing me to focus on my work, during my commutes, it cuts down on engine noise and chatter, making the ride way more enjoyable, and at home it's perfect for tuning out those everyday distractions like the dishwasher or the TV in the next room, sure it might not be quite up there with the top tier models in that department, but for the price, especially as a refurbished deal it's remarkably effective, and when I do need to be aware of my surroundings ambient sound mode is a lifesaver, as it lets me hear what's going on around me without yanking the earbuds out, perfect for a quick chat or when I'm out for a walk, it enhances surrounding sounds just enough without making them sound artificial or over amplified, it's been super handy for multitasking. Comfort is a big deal for me, and these buds fit like a glove, they provide a variety of ear tip sizes, and once I found the right ones they stayed put without feeling too tight, I can wear these for hours on end – whether I'm working or even hitting the gym without any ear fatigue, they're lightweight so I often forget I'm even wearing them, and they stay securely in place, even during light workouts and jogs. Battery life is solid too, I usually get around 4-5 hours of continuous playback with ANC on, which is more than enough for my daily needs, the charging case provides another 16-18 hours or so, giving me nearly a full day's worth of juice before I need to plug them in, they charge up quickly via USB C, and the wireless charging is super convenient when I can just plop them down on my wireless charger, some folks have mentioned that the battery life might dip a bit over time, but I haven't noticed any significant drops yet. Pairing the earbuds with my devices was a breeze, thanks to Bluetooth 5.3, the connection is stable, and there's minimal latency when watching videos, the auto switch feature is very convenient if you're in the Samsung ecosystem, letting the earbuds seamlessly switch between my phone and laptop, the touch controls are responsive, allowing me to easily play/pause, adjust volume, and answer calls, they are a tad sensitive, though, so I've had a few accidental touches here and there. Call quality is another strong suit, the built in mics do a great job of picking up my voice clearly, even in moderately noisy places, during voice chats, the noise reduction helps filter out background distractions, in extremely noisy environments some background noise still gets through, but it's not a deal breaker by any means, even though they're refurbished, the build quality is impressive. They're rated IPX7 water resistant, meaning they can handle sweat and the occasional splash, making them great for workouts and outdoor activities, the biggest win here is the price to performance ratio, buying them refurbished saved me a good chunk of change compared to buying brand new, and honestly, the performance feels just as good.

    Definitely my favorite galaxy buds

I loved the Galaxy Buds 2, but I love the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro even more. I've had these for a few weeks now, and compared to my old Galaxy Buds2, these have a far better fit in my ears and sound better. I bought these refurbished yet they felt brand new. I was pleased with the smooth trade-in and delivery process. I enjoy the feel of the matte case and buds. I'm not an audiophile, but the ANC and the ambient mode work exceptionally. They connect between my samsung devices faster than the Buds2, sometimes a bit too fast lol. I don't feel that I had mess with their EQ much, but personally I like having it set to bass boost. It has a few gimmicky, yet fun features such as their 360 audio or the neck stretch reminders. Something I enjoy about all Galaxy Bud products is that I can customize how they work however I like. If you're like me and sometimes fall asleep with buds in your ears, you can get creative and set your earbud touch controls to be turned off during certain hours through samsung routines.

Best Buy refurbished does not disappoint. This product retails at around $180. I figured I could try it at half the price, and it did not disappoint. Other than the fact that the box was opened and retaped, I could not see any other indication that would give away this product being previously owned by someone. It was professionally cleaned. I could not spot any dirt or ear wax at all. The earbuds and the capsule were scratch free like brand new. The pairing with my phone worked flawlessly. The buds were much more comfortable compared to a $35 unbranded buds I got. I could wear it for hours, and it didn't hurt my ears. It did require me to get adjusted to the feeling of wearing it. Throughout the time wearing it, I noticed they were there. But, it wasn't unpleasant. One thing to remember is that you may feel the buds were about to fall off. It did that to me. At least the right one. But it was far from wanting to fall out. I had to put some effort to take it out and reseat it, so it wasnt about to fall off. The battery was also good. I did a 2.5 hrs walk, and it used up around 40%. You can totally get 5 hrs on this with ANC on. I suggest you to try and use the ear fit check to make sure you're wearing it properly.

A huge upgrade from the original Galaxy Buds

I got my Galaxy buds in 2019 and I thought it was about time for an upgrade and got it as a treat for myself after struggling with a class during the one month summer semester at FSC. I usually purchase my tech a new out of the box 'cause I was skeptical about buying refurbished tech. I gave it a shot and it's safe to say, I made the right choice. Instead of paying $230 for new pair, I got these refurbished at $99 + tax and they were practically new, barely touched. They work like totally new buds as well. I saw other reviews about people getting wrong color/missing ear tips with their buds 2 pro, or scuffs on the cases. I guess I was lucky to get these. Based on my personal experience alone, I won't mind buy refurbished tech from Best Buy again. Very happy with my purchase.

The Galaxy Buds Pro 2 are some of the most amazing earbuds I have owned. To top it off, I bought them refurbished so it was only $100. My experience with bestbuy certified refurbished are that most of the time the item works as good as new and this was no exception. Even if they did fail, I can rest assured with their refund policy that I could get my money back with little hassle. Overall it's amazing, great sound, connectivity, and price. These are well worth $200 but if you could find them below $140 and own a galaxy phone I would get it before you miss it.

I recently purchased the Samsung earphones, and they have exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is impressive, offering a clear and balanced audio experience that enhances both music and calls. The earphones are comfortable to wear for extended periods, thanks to their ergonomic design. The build quality feels robust, and the materials used are premium, contributing to their durability. One of the standout features is the noise isolation, which effectively minimizes background noise, allowing for an immersive listening experience. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, making it convenient to adjust volume or skip tracks without fumbling. Additionally, the inclusion of different ear tip sizes ensures a snug fit for various ear shapes. Overall, these earphones offer great value for the price, combining comfort, quality, and performance. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a reliable pair of earphones.

The Touch tech for someone who has never used it is AMAZING! But it's a blessing and a curse, because all it takes to activate a function is a, well, TOUCH. The fit takes getting use to, but as many have said, once you do, they are pretty stable. I have not had the chance to be TRULY active in them though, like Basketball Cycling. The Active Noise Cancelling isn't as cancelling as I'd like, but honestly, the more I use it, again, the more it actually may be enough. You are going to LOVE the matted CASE! So compact and feels so beautiful in the hand! Fits in pocket and has NEVER slipped out! I'm in and out of my car all day everyday, so I know! Oh and I can't forget, the SOUND QUALITY IS AMAZING! I have been #TeamJAYBIRD for the last 8 years and these are definitely FORMIDABLE! You WON'T regret buying these! They're like Scottie Pippen, they do EVERYTHING well.

The sound quality is awesome. Noise cancelation is great. I like the ambient sound features it haves when you receive phone calls and when someone at the office talks to you. I like that it does not stick out of your ears like some of the other brands. Battery is life span is good for the 4-6 goes i listen to them. They charge up in the case when they are put away as long as the case stays charged. The case used plug in or wireless charging as well.

I would start by saying, at this price these cannot be beat. The sound stage on these are massive. Almost unlike any other earbuds I've ever tried. Great work Samsung and AKG. I almost returned mine for a few reasons 1.) These are tuned very natural by default (almost like ear monitors), and Samsung unfortunately does not offer adjustable EQ (only preset) 2.) they can fit shallow or be uncomfortable when you initially try them. Don't give up. For one, these earbuds are way underpriced for what they are packing. If you weren't aware, Buds2 Pro house 2 drivers, a 10mm woofer and a 5.3mm tweeter, which is unheard of at the refurbished price or even the MSRP. This is why they sound so natural and crisp. They do lack the massive bass, even with the 10mm driver, which i don't understand, and coming from bass heavy earbuds, they can feel lacking, until you go back to your old Jabras...etc, as was the case for me. You will miss the clarity and open space sound stage of these (be sure to turn 360 audio on in the smart things app) and play around with 3rd party EQ apps, which help slightly but can cause crackling or other unnatural sounds on some frequencies. Now the fit. They fit well inside the ear, the tips are shallow, compared to most other earbuds like Jabras. They feel like they will fly out of your ears (but they wont). The housing did bother my ears for a few days, but your ears should adjust. The rest are general specs, which you can weigh against other earbuds, like case size, battery life, connectivity, ANC...etc. Last thing I'll add, these are not class leading in battery life, but you have to consider the space and power constraints, housing and running 2 additional tweeters in addition to the 10mm woofers (vs most earbuds running only 1, 6mm driver each) something has to give. Btw, you can run these unusually loud, and both the buds and case are incredibly small.

I really recommend these earbuds, the design is fun and the colors are very pretty. The sound quality is very nice, and although the noise cancellation isn't the best, it works well enough when you are listening to music. Unfortunately, the silicone-like material of the case and the earbuds gets dirty very easily and the it gets yellowish with time

I purchased these earbuds about a month ago, and the experience has been so-so. Pros: - AMAZING sound quality! I was blown away by how good everything sounds, especially the bass and how it blends with everything else. - Good fit, even for a person with a small inner ear. - Super quick charging, and the battery life is exactly as advertised. Cons: - ANC isn't quite as powerful as I had hoped; my Soundcore Life Q30s do better, although they are on-ear headphones. - Head tracking for 360 sound only works when my phone screen is on, which is unfortunate. - None of the cons I listed before were a huge annoyance to me, but this was. I had an issue where my left earbud made a feedback sound whenever I put it in my ear or adjusted it. Best Buy kindly helped me return it and get a new set, but the moment I put the replacement in my ear, I could hear a ticking in the right earbud whenever the ANC is on and there is no sound or very quiet sound playing. I wish Best Buy had actually verified that the refurbished earbuds worked before selling them. I'm not sure I want to go through the hassle of making another return claim, especially if I keep ending up with a faulty set of earbuds, even though it's definately annoying to have a ticking earbud. I would absolutely give it a five star review if I had just gotten earbuds that work without any weird sounds.

I've been blown away by the Galaxy Buds Pro+ from Samsung. The sound quality is top-notch, and the noise cancellation feature is a game-changer. They're comfy for everyday wear, but not the best for intense workouts as they can slip out. Setting them up with my Samsung device was a breeze, and fast charging is super convenient. Overall, despite a few hiccups during workouts, they've become a must-have in my daily routine.

These were a great purchase! Great price as they were a refurb (thankyou to Scott lol that was the guy who owned them previously as i had to delete his profile ;)) i find the noise cancelling to be good, not as great as my bose but for the price, excellent! Battery life is about what you would expect but ease of operation is really intuitive. They are reasonably comfortable for someone that has always used over ear headphones. And the sound quality is superb with awesome bass and accurate high notes. All in all i certainly recomend them and also reccomend getting them from best buy!

I ordered the refurbished galaxy buds 2pro, and very happy with them. They arrived in original packaging (open box form) and liked brand new and worth new eartips. Great sound quality and so comfortable i don't really notice wearing them. Also, I've heard the audio quality of my voice on calls is great, which is not the case with all earbuds. Highly recommend, especially with the good price on the refurbished ones!

I purchased a pair of refurbished Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro True Wireless Earbud Headphones. They came with only one pair of earbud tips, which were not the correct size for my ears, so I swapped those out for a pair of foam earbud tips. The earbuds fit my ears just fine, and the tips make a good seal with each ear. The earbuds have performed flawlessly so far. They have very good sound to my ears although I am not an audiophile. I also like the 360 degree audio setting. The earbuds are easy to control and adjust using the app and the touch-sensitive controls on the earbuds. They are quite comfortable to wear. They have become my favourite pair of earbuds. I am very satisfied thus far with them and recommend them.

I really like this product. The Buds weren't brand spanking new, but with the quality you would not be able to tell that it was refurbished. The price was affordable and very reasonable for me. The fit was comfortable. I only wish it came with the ear silicone covers. It wasn't hard for me to find them, but it would been more convenient for me to know that they weren't included. But other than that i would highly recommend these.

The sale price was amazing and they looked new. I trust Geek Squad Certified products. Get the UAG protective case and you're set.
