No, but they have seamless device switching. This simply means you can switch devices without having to un-pair from your previously connected device. Each device would need to be paired with your Buds 2 first but once they are paired you can simply go to your new device's bluetooth setting and connect to the Buds 2. It will automatically disconnect from you previous device and connect to your new device quickly and seamlessly.

The Buds can not connect to multiple devices simultaneously, but you can switch manually from one device to another for non-Samsung devices.
