Yup. Add me to the list of people with missing eartips. Mine came with some, but not all sizes. It seems to be a common problem with refurbed earbuds in general from Best Buy I guess. I contacted support and they said that you can either return/exchange the pair or they may end up giving you a couple bucks off (for me they took $5 off...almost enough for the cheapest eartip replacements on Amazon, but not quite).

People need to complain if they dont come with, but before you do, check for a very small carboard box wrapped in the cord. They would be in there. Easy to miss.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was missing the medium sized rubber pieces. So i was left with tiny or gigantic.. This is not a refurbished product, it as an open box product. Your box will come torn up and taped. Ridiculous!

Please try again later.Yes ive bought i think 6 pairs of refurbished buds and they all have them sometimes the box is so tiny they probably dont see it even if they dont on Amazon you can get to0 notch ones that are better for 7 bucks or so so dont let that stop you from saving 100 minimum
