• There may be an option if you step into a Best Buy and ask them just like you ask this question. It would be a business solution of some sort but I think the short answer is yes. Phones have a lot of function but they have to have some connectivity. If your school system allows you to have a small phone plan and then the guys at Best Buy for business teach you how to use it only for that purpose then they might work with how a major phone line connection.
