- Answer Yes it is - the great part about this phone is that it is compatible with any of the US carriers. You can get service on AT&T, Verizon, Sprint or T-Mobile as well as Cricket, Net 10k, etc. I signed up for service from StraightTalk using Verizon's network and am very happy with both the phone and service so far.

- Answer I have an unlocked S7 and yes it should work with all major networks here in the US. I've been tried it on Sprint, ATT, and TMobile and the phone works on all. I believe Sprint uses the same bands and frequencies as Boost and Virgin. I bought 3 unlocked phones for the entire family because I didn't want extra bloatware on my phones, plus I like not having a contract.

- Answer From the Specifications info, it seems the warranty for this device is 90 days for both the parts and labor. And per Best Buy's website (hover the cursor over the word "Refurbished" on the product page) all refurbished products sold by Best Buy also include a warranty, and Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise applies.

- Answer Don't know where your getting your information from, but this is the SM-G930U model. It is unlocked. When I bought this there was about a $200+ difference between this and a brand new one of the same model. Taxes and shipping would make that number bigger.
