• Everything was included except for the original box, it came in a custom one. Other then that, it had everything.

• Mine came with the fast charger wall outlet and micro usb charging cord and the phone. It did not come with headphones or the original box. Just the phone and the charger.

• Mine came with a Samsung Fast Charger, USB cable and what looks like the original internal box. No headphones or paper manual included.

• From the Overview info: "What's Included •Samsung Refurbished Galaxy S7 4G LTE with 32GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked)". Thus it seems no charger or headphones. Don't know about box/packaging.
