The Samsung tablets usually come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty through Samsung regardless of it being purchased open box from Best Buy. But you can add the in store protection plans, which I usually do to ease my ocd/anxiety riddled mind, in case I crack the screen. :/ According to the page for this product though it looks like it has a 90 day warranty, I would get in touch with Best Buy to get a final answer.
