• Absolutely none. I wouldn't have known it was refurbished if it hadn't come out of a Geek Squad box instead of the original packaging.

• No, but they're part of a batch from Samsung with the defective displays. I took mine back after mine started with problems and I uncovered the info about the known defect for a certain production batch.
