• I believe its 90 days with bestbuy then your under factory.bestbuy does offer a warranty in addition

• Greetings GuyJ, By default BB offers 90-day limited warranty on refurbished products. You may want to confirm from BB (online or at a store) or geek squad (800 geek squad ) for the fine print though. At least, you have a place to start looking, right? Cheers.

• Usually it depends on rather or not a different limited warranty is indicated. If it is Samsung it should be covered and best buy also backs their returns policy. I have purchased three and have not had a problem with any of them.
