• Excellent at tracking sleep even when sleeping during the day (which is necessary for me bc I work overnights).

• It does, through movement. Not as well as a couple others, but decent. I didn't like it occasionally lighting up if I moved my arm a certain way. Nice review of it here that I pretty much agree wth: https://www.wareable.com/samsung/samsung-gear-fit2-pro-review

• Yes it does. It is not a function I wanted but seems to record even if you don't turn the function on.

• If you have an Android phone...you can connect with Samsung Health. That's how I track my sleep.
