It may have been previously used with a Mac. You will need to format the drive in NTFS for Windows to see it. It would still show up in the Control Panel under Devices and Printers, so start there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.May have to go into your device manager to format it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing happened to me and you wrote this 5 months ago. The drive wasn't showing up in file explorer. I typed in couldn't find volume Samsung t5 SSD on YouTube and a quick video went through what I had to do so my laptop would make the drive show up in file explorer. You either already fixed the issue or returned it but it is an easy fix.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you tying using your PC manager and initializing the drive?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If Cole is correct, and it was previously formatted for a Mac, then I think Geek Squad is confusing "Refurbished" with "Used". If they're not even wiping user configured partitions, then plugging one of these into your computer is putting it at risk for a virus or malware, because autorun.inf exists.
