- Answer Specifications for this item state 90 days manufacturers warranty on parts & 90 days labor. I checked a new version of this same SSD and it’s a 3 year manufacturers warranty on parts/labor.

QuestionI purchased the drive and plugged it in to my WIN10 computer. It will not show in the finder. What could be the issue?

- Answer It may have been previously used with a Mac. You will need to format the drive in NTFS for Windows to see it. It would still show up in the Control Panel under Devices and Printers, so start there.
