I would not see any reason that it would not. As long as your TV supports either HDMI ARC or has optical out it should work. I am using with a Sony TV and the Optical connection.

This means that you can connect an external device, such as a cable box or Blu Ray player, to the soundbar's HDMI input, then use the HDMI output on the soundbar to connect to one of the available HDMI inputs on the TV. This will allow you to hear the audio from the external device through the soundbar, and pass the video through the soundbar to the TV.
