“My new soundbar is connected to my Samsung Q60B via Bluetooth. THe sound is just enough out of synch with the picture that it is annoying. The manual says the Synch function is not operational with Bluetooth, which also is annoying. How can i fix this?”

Hi there, For your HW-B450 Soundbar I would suggest using the Digital Optical Cable if it is possible for the most stable connection. Any devices such as Wi-Fi routers can also interrupt Bluetooth signals if they too close. Also you can try doing a hard reset on your Soundbar. Turn on the Soundbar and then press the + -Volume UP/DOWN buttons on the top panel for 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and the Soundbar is reset. ^Andrew
