- Answer Hi beachnut, Make sure your speaker settings on the TV are set to External Speaker. If you are hearing an echo your TV could be trying to play audio from the TV and Soundbar at the same time. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionCan I use the arc hdmi output to hook up a ps5, and Apple TV(2nd gen) to get sound through these devices? If so, is there anyone who can help me?

- Answer Not exactly. Basically you plug in the ARC HDMI to connect to the TV to get the audio to the soundbar when the TV is hooked up to other things (like a PS5 AND an AppleTV). So you can do one device plugged into the input via HDMI (like an AppleTV) and then an output that goes from the speaker to the TV to send the sound AND video. If you want more than one device, you hook up the devices to your TV and then one cable from the TVs ARC HDMI to the soundbar's ARC HDMI to get the audio there. Then you switch inputs on the TV to switch between devices. If you don't have enough ports on your TV (lets say you only have 2), you can hook up both devices (PS5 and AppleTV) to the TV, then use an optical audio cable to connect the TV to the Soundbar for sound. They're not that expensive and will get the job done. Then you switch inputs on the TV to switch between devices.

- Answer Yes, the sound bar is not manufacturer specific, its open and works with any brand as long has you have the connection type. The connections are HDMI, HDMI ARC, Optical, and Bluetooth but no AUX. The $219 price tag (if still valid) is a steal versus $399 original cost.

QuestionI purchased the 650 soundbar for an older model Samsung TV. I LOVE the sound. I connected using the optical and hdmi cables. Is this necessary? Will this somehow enhance the sound out put or should I only connect using the optical cables. Which is best?

- Answer Optical works fine (if you run out of HDMI ports) but ARC HDMI lets the devices also control each other to an extent (turning on the TV or soundbar turns both on with HDMI ARC connected, for instance, and same when turning off either). There is no need to use both cables at once. Audio only goes through one at a time.

QuestionI have tried everything and my Apple TV 4K lip sync is way off. My Samsung tv and the sound bar works great but there are some apps I can’t get on the tv that I have to use Apple TV. Any help would be amazing!

- Answer it has to be the same name brand as Samsung tv new one with this sound bar you have and right on lip sync but that tv has Apple TV was already in there and ready to use also it has many good app in that tv and you dont need apple tv4k to use so save it for future use if need ok
