A:AnswerIt did finally come with it. But make sure to open and look because ours said it did and then it didnt have it and the remote wasnt there so we said something and were given a remote but it ended up being the wrong one and we had to go back and get the correct one.
A:Answerwe have spectrum and roku and to answer your question for us it was another remote as with our last soundbar. The remote is fairly simple to use though
