- Answer Hello Deb, If your device is connected, but you are not hearing any sound, first make sure that the Mute function is off, and that the volume is not set to minimum. You will also want to verify that your TV is set to use external speakers & that your soundbar is set to the correct source. Change the TV’s audio output to PCM or Dolby Digital. (For a Samsung TV: Home → Settings → Sound → Expert Settings → Digital Output Audio Format) If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. - Answer Yes it will. We have a Samsung - 75” Class Q60D Series QLED 4K Smart Tizen TV (2024). I just connected cables and was up and running in less than 5 minutes. Nice to be able to use just The TV remote without having to do anything special. It also now works as my AppleTV remote as well

- Answer Hi there! The HW-Q600C Soundbar should be placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you do place it flat with the logo facing toward you then you will experience low-quality audio and surround sound from the soundbar because the front-firing speakers will be facing down or up. ~ Samsung Solutions

QuestionI bought an open box that was rated as Good. It did not have a power supply which i consider ESSENTIAL. I can understand not having a remote or cables, but no power supply. Am extremely disappointed. A the store, was told there was nothing they can do.

QuestionWill this sound bar work with Samsung un65mu6290? I purchased it nearly for streaming..my audio has Dolby atmos, but when I try and play the file I get an error on the tv that says audio format not support..if the bar has atmos why isn't it working?

- Answer Does the TV support Atmos? Are you using a newer HDMI cable that will pass eArc? Do you have the cable plugged into the eArc input on the TV? Just some options to look at.

- Answer I am guessing but if your t.v. has blue tooth as well as the subwoofer, there shouldn't be a problem connecting them. I have a newer t.v. though so not sure.

Questioni have a Q600C. when playing music connected to BT, there's only sound from center one speaker with dolby atmos mode. when using standard mode, the sound came from both side speaker but center speaker is muted. is this normal?

- Answer Hi JinC. To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons. Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.) Press the CH LEVEL button so you can adjust the volume of each speaker. CENTER LEVEL or TOP LEVEL can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN buttons from -6 to +6. ~ Samsung Support
