• Hello Jjcats, The HW-Q930B Soundbar is exclusively sold by Best Buy and has never been available for purchase on Samsung's website. If you are needing software updates or the manual you can still find this information on Samsung's website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q930B under Q Series. ~Samsung Solutions
