seems in my case red light was due to mute on in-built mic for alexa.....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The red light on the front right hand corner of the soundbar indicates that the mic is off! The mic control button is on the center top of the bar!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not sure what’s causing that, but you can try a factory reset. If you hold the plus (+) and minus (-) sign on top of the sound bar for a few seconds, it will reset and you can start from scratch. Hopefully this can help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know why your volume goes to volume setting 15, but the red light indicates the sound bar is on. I have a dedicated hdmi port on my tv for the soundbar and when I us the volume up or down it indicates that the increase or decrease in sound and that it is connected to the hdmi arc port. Hope this helps some.
