Try unplugging tv and sound bar from outlet for 30 minutes then plug back in and turn on. Worked for me.

Follow these steps to reset or re-initialize the soundbar: First, make sure the soundbar is turned on. One powered on, press the + and - (Volume) buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is initialized.
