“how do i connect to my soundbar with Tidal Connect? it doesn’t show up on the device list i’m on the same wifi I’ve been calling around to samsung customer support and no one has been able to help me with this so far what does “Yes (Aug OTN)” mean”

Please try again later.the Two Answers were very unhelpful. the “anonymous” person has no idea what they’re taking about and the samsung ambassador referred to a new update (true) but the soundbar still doesn’t show up on tidal connect. clearer instructions please and thank you also a note about the photo it should show up under the airplay but it doesn’t it does show up in airplay list but not tidal list the whole point i’m trying to use tidal connect is to get the highest quality audio possible lossless so airplay/bluetooth won’t cut it

Tidal connect is referring to the list of numbers of devices may such as apple, android, Linux and other brands to connects to the sound bar by way using blue tooth from the phone/tablet setting. Use the remote control button to start pairing to the phone. Once it is paired lunch the app. You can also download the Samsung SmartThings app, then you can check which device is connected.
