• You connect the soundbar to the tv through an hdmi, then the soundbar connects the woofer and the surround sound speakers through bluetooth, not the tv ? Hope that helps ?

For your Apple 4K TV device you will need to connect to a 4K TV using an HDMI cable, and then connect the HW-Q990B Soundbar to the TV itself using the TV ARC/eARC port using a HDMI cable. ~Samsung Solutions

• The Apple 4K TV media box and the 990B can only receiving an Bluetooth signal, not transmit it. The sound bar can receive from a google home, Alexia any phone /iPad with blue tooth version 4.0 and higher.
