I had a similar issue with in 45 days of my purchase. The sub was acting off then the sound bar just stoped producing sound. I returned it. I would try to return the item .

It is important to have the Best Buy Total Tech support team assemble the installation and run-test the system to pair with the TV system, especially if the TV is not Samsung brand. I have this system. It is working extremely well. If the customer does not have the Best Buy Total Tech, the Samsung support team will assist with the system's connection to perform as expected.
