“Issues getting audio and video to sync. Audio is almost always delayed and can’t fix it by adjusting soundbar delay (can’t go negative). Tried adjusting on TV but since delay varies, this is not a good option. Ready to return if I can’t resolve it. Ideas?”

I've noticed that a couple time on mine also but it doesn't happen that often mostly on older movies or foriegn material...think it has something to do with fcc or something not real sure ?

You can utilize this feature on your Samsung TV to correct your audio-sync issue. On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through. Check your user manual if you are using a non-Samsung TV for a feature similar to this. ~Samsung Solutions
