• A:Answer Hello there! If your HW-S50B remote isn’t adjusting the volume, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure the remote is paired by holding the Return and the Play/Pause buttons for about 5 seconds while pointing it toward the soundbar. Also, check that nothing is blocking the front of the soundbar, since the volume controls use IR. If you’re using your TV’s remote instead, be sure HDMI-CEC (Anynet+) is turned on so the TV can control the volume. Lastly, double-check the batteries and make sure the soundbar is not muted. • A:Answer Hello Roku! Yes, you can control the volume of the HW-S50B soundbar with your Roku Stick remote as long as your setup uses HDMI-ARC and CEC. Just connect the HW-S50B to your TCL TV using the TV’s HDMI-ARC port, then make sure CEC is enabled on the TV and in the Roku settings (“Control other devices”).
