QuestionCan the Bluetooth be turned off so no one can try connecting to it? My old sound bar kept getting interrupted by people connecting to it even though I didn’t turn it to Bluetooth mode. I don’t want that to be possible again.

- Answer Yes, you go to settings and turn the Bluetooth off anytime you want it.

QuestionJust bought this soundbar. It sounds amazing. It was open box and didn't include the manual. My question is when you change the settings are you able to see your selections on the tv or not? For the life of me I cannot find the answer. Please help!

- Answer Hi Frank, You will be able to see the volume level adjustments on the TV, but for specific settings, you will need to use the SmartThings app. This will allow you to see all of the changes right from your smart device, either iOS or Android. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionWill the HW-S50B soundbar work with a Samsung UN65C6500 TV? And if so, is the soundbar plug and play, or do I need to make some settings changes on the TV to accommodate the soundbar? Thanks

- Answer I have an older Samsung TV model LN52B which does not have an ARC USB however I used the Optical cable connection and it works seamlessly. I didn't have to change any settings on my Samsung TV.

QuestionI have a Sony TV 65 inch Noah virgin my question is do I have to have a extended subwoofer to get the sound quality for what I’m looking for the TVs in the bedroom and I have one now and I thought it was all in one well, that’s with the box showed

QuestionI’ve connected HW-S60B to Samsung TV via wifi. When I play music direct from phone to sound bar I can choose between 5 sound modes. But when watching TV I only have the option of 2 modes - Adaptive Sound or Game. Why can’t I access the other 3 modes?

- Answer It’s an excellent soundboard with various options to increase voice, woofer, etc. In terms of installation, it’s as simple as connecting your hdmi cable from your soundbar to tv, although it also has an option for optical if necessary.
