• It comes with one battery. If you choose to buy a second battery the wall bracket does allow you to charge a battery not installed in the vacuum. So you can be using the vacuum while the second battery is charging. To install or remove the battery you press two release buttons and it slides into/out of the top of the vacuum.

• One battery. They easily slide in and out. You can likely purchase replacements from the Samsung website.

• Mine came with 1 battery and you click a button on the battery and it slides right out. Same idea as any cordless tool you may have used except it comes off easier that a dewalt battery in a drill gun.
