QuestionWhy are you selling this vacuum more than Samsung and Amazon and majority of other companies? Not a best buy if it cost more.

- Answer Amazon units are clearly Refurbished or returns that have been cleaned up. I know because I purchased 2 that was advertised as new. One had hair on one brush and the other had dust inside the canister. A hassle to ship back so I kept them because they were cheaper than best buy. No problem with them so far. They do have the same warranty as new. Hope that helps.

QuestionOn the Samsung website it sates that this version has a chargeable stand. Not one that you have to drill into the wall or mount in the wall like the 75 version. Yet bestBuy dose not have it mentioned. Dose this one have the stand from Best Buy?

- Answer Yes I use it primarily on carpets. I vacuum twice a week my upstairs where the cat hangs out. I also have a Dyson V11 and this vacuum is as good. I actually like it better than my Dyson. Battery life is good, no trigger to hold in, great suction. Also have the clean base and popping the canister on it and sucking out all the dirt is very satisfying compared to empty the canister by had. I usually can do my entire upstairs on medium power. Stairs on high makes the carpet look great. It sucks all the hair up. The canister will be packed and I vacuum twice a week so it does a great job getting everything. It’s my #1 Stick Vac now. I’ve owned Dyson V8, V10 and V11 and they all had battery issues after a year. This one I can just buy another battery when I need it.

- Answer Yes, check out vacuum wars YouTube channel review. He does a closed suction test on it. Nothing escapes it dust, smoke etc.

- Answer it is a cordless vacuum. you need to plug in the charging base to the wall outlet and store the vacuum on the base for it to charge. when you're using the vacuum it is not plugged in.

QuestionAre all parts of the filter/bin washable under water (i.e. dust bin, cyclone, washable micro filter, and ultra-fine dust filter)? Saw a commercial doing this, but nothing reflected in the manual or product description confirms this.

QuestionDoes this come with the spinning sweeper for mopping the floor? On the samsung website it states the sweeper only comes with VS90, but I don't see that as one of the listed items included. If it doesn't come with it, what is the use of "wet" function?

- Answer I’d doesn’t come with the spinning sweeper. You can buy it separate from Samsung. I believe they are the only one that offers that combo model.
