• It does have a lot of cushion, but because they can be adapted to wireless I would think that's why they are listed under sports. They also operate by touch so if you are someone who sweats a lot I would not advise them

• I used it once while riding a stationary bike and I won't do it again because I'm worried that I might mess them up and they are just too nice

• Suppose to be. My husband sweats profusely while working out and he's had them for 6 months now with no problems.

• They would be a very hot if you wore these to the gym. I think they would work fine but would be very warm

• If you remember to wipe off the ear cushions when done working out (to remove the sweat) they should last quite a while.
