A:Answer Yes, they can be used with computers. I pair them to my Lenovo Yoga all the time. The noise cancellation is excellent. That being said, noise cancelling headphones mostly just block the ambient noise in most situations, like the drone of airplane engines, the low murmur of a crowd, etc. But if I'm in the coffee shop and there's a loud talker nearby, I can still hear it. A little extra volume on the music can easily drown em out though ;)
