Anyone can have this problem with any dishwasher and any type of soap. I have found that loading the area of the lower rack (usually the front left) where the soap dispenser is with either plates or other things that allow the water jets to shoot cleanly to the area of the dispenser solves it almost 100% of the time. I have owned/used dozens of dishwashers, different brands, etc. This is a universal issue and solution. Many people will place pots, pans, cups, etc, in that area and then the water is blocked or deflected away from the dispenser -don't.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm having the shame problem and have had so for about 3 months-- I used the pods, then I began using the liquid - still the same-- finally called Best Buy to have them come out-- they've replace the detergent door, a sensor, the waterfall and some other thing-- still isn't working right-- I find out tomorrow if they exchange it-- it also isn't drying well-- opens too soon I think and the detergent is opening way too late in the cycle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the dishwasher pods and haven't had any issues with it. It does a great job of cleaning my dishes and rinses clean all my glass items.
