• You can do it two ways. You can either, Have whom ever you would Like to give access to, download the app and sign in under your account. Doing this that way they will have access to every setting. You can also have them make an account and grant that account limited access through the app. Either way. I don’t think there is a limit to how many can have the app and have access. If there is, it’s quite a few people

• Samsung Smartthings can answer this, but I'm not sure if there is a max. You can probably add all that you will want. This item is basically to alert when a door is opened or closed by anyone.
