Hi jt! Neither the MX-T50 or the HW-Q900 soundbar has the ability to transmit a Bluetooth signal. They both are designed to receive a Bluetooth audio signal from a device sending one such as a TV or a mobile device. ^Tim

Per Samsung Manual it best pairs with Bluetooth enabled devices or similar speakers to create a better sound. It doesn’t mention if unable to connect to other Bluetooth enabled speakers, the only way to know is give it a try
