• Technically, this is an inside speaker. If you need an all weather type of speaker for use out doors.

The operating temperature range of this speaker is +41°F to +95°F (+5°C to +35°C) with an operating humidity range of 10 % ~ 75 %. Using the speaker outside of these conditions may cause damage to the speaker that is not covered by the manufacturers warranty. ^Tim
