“How do you replace the HD on this? The case has no obvious panels or compartments to remove. There are not any visible screws on the exterior. They went Apple on this build. How do I get inside without damaging anything?”

The screws are under the rubber feet. It takes some prying to get the case open but the hard drive is replaceable. Mine failed too.
