QuestionIs this device compatible with any stylus like the Bamboo?

- Answer According to the information I received from Samsung on chats and on the phone, this computer does not support any active stylus. I could not get it to work with Bamboo Ink. It should work with passive pens.

QuestionDoes BestBuy ship/s item/s in the Philippines? BTW, i don't have a credit card. Do they allow bank transactions? Only my mother & my sister has a bank account.Can i use it? I'd to purcahse a samsung laptop, i mean with wide screen like those of pc's.

- Answer You may take it anywhere in the world with proper adapter for 220v but to whip to other countries other than USA, I highly doubt Best Buy will send it over to your location other than the continental United States.

QuestionWhat size screw does the back of the laptop use? I had to cannibalize one in order to fit the SSD and would like to replace it. Thank you!

- Answer i used one of the screws from the hard drive enclosure to hold down the ssd
