- Answer Mine came with standard wall charger. And yes, the keyboard is backlit. That was one feature that I looked for when I was shopping for a laptop. Not sure on the return policy. Best Buy customer service would be able to answer that for you.

- Answer Yes - The only thing is to make sure the kid turns it off in the shut down not just close the screen. The battery life will not last all day.

- Answer This notebook runs Windows so the answer to compatibility is mixed. Apple Macbooks run an Apple operating system that is not 'directly' compatible with Microsoft Windows. Most Mac applications do not run directly on this Samsung notebook. But iTunes is available for Windows and there are direct and useful interfaces between iPhones and iPads and Windows notebooks including this one. So it depends on what you want to do.
